(Early) Photo Hunters- Practical

I had a lot of difficulties with this week's hunt, so I looked up the word practical. One of Webster's listed definitions for practical is "actively engaged in some course of action or occupation." Although I wasn't able to fully capture this idea in one picture, I was able to come up with a subject, my husband. The man is always "actively engaged in some course of action or occupation." And so I present my Mr. Hobbitfeet montage:

Teaching Boy to ride a bike.

Making a fire!

Shoveling snow!

Running uphill!

Photo Hunt- Curvy

For this theme I chose part of the exterior climbing equipment at the City Museum in St. Louis. If you look close you can see the curved stairs and other curvy tunnels. I was too scared to let go of the sides and take a picture while I was up there (and also Boy was clinging to me for dear life), but here is a picture from a more level position to give you an idea of how high it was.

Photo Hunters- Paper

This week's theme is paper. I'm posting late today because I was in a cleaning groove, and they're so rare I just couldn't stop for fear of losing it.

My paper submission is a bit of a stretch, but it's one of my favorites from my wedding. It's my son holding his paper sign for the Conga line.

Photo Hunt- Plastic

For the plastic theme, I chose a picture of my son at a pumpkin patch. This maze was called the spiderweb and was made up of PVC piping and snow fence (all plastic). It was a pretty lame maze. The corn maze was much better.

This weeks theme is music, and nothing says music to me like this picture my sister took of kids dancing at my mom's wedding.
