Day One: Still Crappy Weather

I am afraid my first day of March pictures are not exciting. The recent snow/ice is almost gone, but it's a rainy, windy day; although when I took my pictures this morning it had yet to start raining. My side yard looks depressing, but just wait until the cherry tree (foreground) and the dogwoods (background) start blooming!

The front isn't that great either, but a lot of the trees lining the driveway are dogwoods, so just wait.

I am afraid that our buddy the gargoyle didn't weather the winter well. He lost the top of his wing.

Boy came out to see if he could go to school sans coat and wasn't happy with the answer.
